**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in the aviation industry or a related field is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are valuable assets.
