**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Reliability Engineer Lead – Custom Silicon Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our custom silicon management solutions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and implementation of custom silicon management solutions, including the design, testing, and deployment of our products
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
* Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure that our products meet our quality and reliability standards
* Work with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality and reliability standards
* Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support our products and processes
* Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
* Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability and quality standards, including JEDEC and ISO
* Experience with silicon thing level reliability and lifetime direct model
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
* Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
* Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
* Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
* Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
* Experience with yield assessment and relationship examination for all levels of test
* Experience with tutoring and guiding suppliers for improvement

**Skills and Competencies**
