**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Key Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Application Requirements**

* Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
* Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
