Job Summary

As a key member of our organization, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, helping patients and their families understand their medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement: Use empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and provide options for resolution.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and collaborate with patients to create affordable payment plans and process payments.
- Documentation and Organization: Accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems, demonstrating computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
