* **Corresponding with clients on preferences**: Assist clients with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
* **Preparing client documents and travel tips**: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trips.
* **Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and status in our cloud-based CRM system.
* **Setting schedules and managing time effectively**: Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and set schedules to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
* **Managing client profiles and bookings**: Update and maintain accurate client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
* **Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact**: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of travel-related emergencies.
