**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support and Services Manager to lead our DVC team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to our Cast Members. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor a team of Cast Members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sales growth.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and enhance the overall visitor experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales methodologies, foundation requirements, and visitor experience improvements.
* Oversee the management of DVC's presence on Disney Cruise Line, including transportation coordination, visitor communication, and integration with the cruise line's operations.
* Regulate virtual event productions, ensuring seamless communication and integration of virtual sales activities, while streamlining the use of technology for training and development purposes.
* Ensure that the necessary infrastructure, both physical and technical, is established to support sales activities across different areas.
* Collaborate with production teams to create compelling marketing materials that support sales efforts and enhance the visitor experience.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance Cast Member skills and knowledge, driving improvements in customer satisfaction and sales growth.
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

**Essential Capabilities**

* 2+ years of experience supporting outreach group tasks, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
* Understanding of the sales cycle, including customer engagement and conversion processes.
* Familiarity with work and evaluating functionality essential for managing operational assets.
* Ability to identify, develop, and invest in team members' skills to promote engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction.
* Leadership and direction of Cast Member performance and driving operational improvements.
* Commitment to diversity and fostering a comprehensive work environment.
* Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions that align with key objectives and support dynamic processes.
* Capability in focusing on and managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
* Ability to work with presentations before groups.
* High-level proficiency in using various computer programs, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Availability to travel and work on Disney Cruise Line.
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Capabilities**

* 2+ years of experience as a Visitor Experience Manager.
* Knowledge of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques.
* Labor force management experience.
* Experience with continuous improvement processes.
* Experience in really managing vendor relationships.
* Capability in using software like Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
* Experience with IT systems to plan virtual show meetings.
