**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an exceptional Chief Correspondences Director to lead our Leader Interchanges program and drive strategic communication initiatives across arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective communication strategies, manage reputation, and foster a culture of transparency and trust.

**Key Responsibilities:**

### Communication Strategy and Planning

* Partner with colleagues to design and develop communication materials and strategies, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's goals and values.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve targets, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive success.
* Use specialized skills and knowledge to manage the work of self and others, ensuring adherence to arenaflex principles.

### Communication System Setting and Arranging

* Create and implement effective communication systems and strategies, ensuring consistency of voice across messages and channels.
* Develop and execute plans to engage with target audiences, leveraging insights and data to inform communication approaches.
* Scale messages and communication strategies to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring relevance and impact.

### Narrating and Informing

* Develop compelling storytelling opportunities, leveraging data and insights to drive engagement and awareness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop stories that resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Manage the rhythm of storytelling, including content development and curation to drive engagement and awareness.

### Execution of Communication Methodology

* Develop and implement effective communication methodologies, ensuring consistency and impact across channels.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's goals and values.
* Use data and insights to inform communication approaches, ensuring relevance and impact.

### Partner Management

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

**Requirements:**

### Required Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Field Activities, Program Management, Project Management, or related field.
* Or equivalent experience.

### Different Prerequisites:

* Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements, including but not limited to the following specific security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Personal investigation.
* This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Personal investigation upon hire/move and at regular intervals thereafter.

### Preferred Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Field Activities, Program Management, Project Management, or related field.
* Or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a Chief Correspondences job.
* 4+ years of experience working with social media platforms.
* 4+ years of experience working in technology.
