About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented developers. As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and collaborate with our engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages and technologies.
• Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
• Working closely with our engineers to develop and deploy high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our users.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of our engineering practices and standards.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
• Providing technical guidance and support to our teams, and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks, and developing and implementing strategies to ensure the security and reliability of our applications.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to the development of our knowledge base and community resources.

Requirements

To be successful as a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud applications.
• Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with testing and debugging, and a strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, and a strong understanding of data science principles.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker.
• Experience with cloud-based databases, such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices, and experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
