**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications for enhancements and new products. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications for enhancements and new products
* Prepare and conduct systems programming tests requiring interfacing and software assessments
* Coach others in less senior positions
* File numerous software applications with flowcharts, visualizations, diagrams to ensure all users have a full understanding throughout the development cycle
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
**Skills and Competencies**
* Experience building applications up to scale on cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Familiarity with supply chain management tools like Git and expertise in the use of ADO
* Backend engineers: experience in developing the use of Java or Springbok
* Frontend engineers: experience in developing the use of React JS or Angular JS
* Backend engineers: ability to develop writing interfaces with API JSON or SOAP and web services
* Comfort with database principles and experience in writing SQL in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Ability to work with goal-oriented teams in an agile environment and operate with person stories and recognition standards
* Willingness to analyze and discover new technologies, large technology stack, and figure out answers, using deeper studies and troubleshooting
