**Key Responsibilities**
As an Advisory Technical Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our airline's technology. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to project teams on project plan choices
* Collaborating with the architecture team to design and develop part of the overall architecture
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to project teams on vital engineering guidelines and course
* Regulating both high-level and detailed technical design reviews
* Collaborating with buyers of the stage/services created under the architecture
* Working with the architecture team to examine technical data and produce quality software
* Being the technical leader for a dynamic team
* Leading the design, development, implementation, and support of information technology solutions encompassing multiple disciplines, stages, and technologies
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professional associations, etc. to lead vital business direction
* Leading the production of processes, tools, and monitoring to proactively identify potential system issues
* Leading or aiding in the validation of new or updated items or tools
* Providing authority in communicating and showing service vision/procedure
* Communicating and advocating arenaflex's values
* Exploring, investigating, and addressing system issues as needed
* Revising, testing, and implementing software as needed
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* At least 8 years of software development experience with at least 4 years of experience working with services and mix technologies
* Experience working with microservices engineering, messaging middleware, and cloud-native applications
* Experience working with cloud platforms like OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
* API gateway technologies and platforms like APIGEE and Struts
* Web application frameworks like jQuery, Spring Boot, GraphQL, AngularJS, Node.js
* Experience with large-scale applications with high transaction volumes
* Experience working with IBM's DataPower in a Nudge environment
* Experience working with business rules engines/business process management frameworks like JBPM
* Experience with VersionOne, GIT, and DevOps
* Experience with agile development with continuous deliveries
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting
* Past experience supporting large applications in a production environment with strong analytical skills
