**Job Description**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will play a key role in leading a team of engineers while making key decisions that impact a broad range of cross-functional partners. Your role will remain technically hands-on, involving close work with code, technical details, and data. You'll contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments.
You'll be expected to discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings. You will collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML, while also engaging with external customers.
In this role, you'll help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects. You'll have the opportunity to create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of engineers and make key decisions that impact cross-functional partners
* Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments

* 2+ years of engineering management experience
