**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team in Asheboro, NC. As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge cloud-based enrollment tools and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

**Essential Qualifications**

- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services a plus
- Spanish bilingualism a plus
