We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving navigation and specific activity for our clients by conveying significant knowledge about their security or functional conditions. You'll also serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts.

**Job Summary:**

As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experts in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response. You'll work closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions, and develop strategies to address their specific needs. You'll also be responsible for managing a team of experts, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of experts in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response
* Develop and implement strategies to address client security and functional conditions
* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions
* Manage a team of experts, providing guidance and support as needed
* Ensure that our clients receive exceptional results and are satisfied with our services
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to our clients' security and functional conditions

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
* Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
* Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
* US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
* Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
* Ability to translate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, develop methodologies, and influence stakeholders

* Competitive salary range: $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + stock + benefits
