**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis, including data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Four years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
* Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* Three years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
