**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Technology team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups, including Delivery, Engineering, and Product Owners, to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the Workday system's functionalities. Your primary responsibilities will include applying your analytical skills and business acumen to resolve a wide range of issues, collaborating with colleagues to provide expert advice and solutions, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive business process improvements and optimize Workday data migrations
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice and solutions on Workday data migrations, business processes, and technical requirements
* Stay informed about current industry trends and advancements in Workday and related technologies

**Essential Qualifications**
