Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions. As a Bank Account Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries
  • Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple systems
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills
