A Day in the Life of a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be on the front lines of our contact center operations, working with various healthcare professionals, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our clients. Your day will be filled with a variety of interactions, including receiving incoming inquiries and reaching out to clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day.

Work Schedule
