We're looking for an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our predominantly German customer base. Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Answer customer phone calls: Provide professional and friendly phone support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes: Efficiently and effectively manage returns, resolve disputes, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Manage returns: Coordinate returns, process refunds, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.
  • Work efficiently and solution-oriented: Maintain high customer satisfaction by working efficiently, thinking critically, and providing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrate intercultural understanding: Effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers, demonstrating a high degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in German: Fluency in German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in customer service: While not mandatory, previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and provide exceptional support to our customers.
