We are seeking talented and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. As a key contributor to our team, you will be the eyes and ears of our organization, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and data
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to our continuous improvement and growth
  • Upsell when required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive business results

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Work from Home Requirements:

To ensure that you have the necessary tools and environment to succeed in this role, we require:

  • Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 MBPS, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 MBPS, ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
  • Proof of internet speed required, to ensure that you have a stable and reliable connection
  • Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
