Responsibilities: Making a Difference in the Lives of Our Customers
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help us continuously improve our services
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth

- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High school graduate or GED, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find innovative solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Work from Home Requirements: Creating a Productive and Comfortable Workspace
To ensure your success in this role, we require:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
- An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 30MS
- A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
- Proof of internet speed, to ensure that you have the necessary bandwidth to perform your duties effectively
