**Key Responsibilities**

As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
* Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts

**Essential Qualifications**

* Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in capturing customer information
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
