**Experienced HRIS Data Entry Associate – Global Mobility and HR Technology Support**

This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, balancing global mobility and HR technology support responsibilities.
**About the Role**
As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Global Mobility Team (50%):**
* **Vendor Payment**: Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro, process vendor payments in PEGA, and process Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card).
* **Expense Review**: Access AssignmentPro to review employee expense reimbursement requests, check receipts submitted by employees, and process approvals (Mobility Manager or Senior Manager).
* **Record Keeping**: Perform various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees, I9 E-verification processes, and provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team.
**HR Technology and Analysis Team (50%):**
* **Data Entry**: Enter new hire data, terms, data changes, and documentation into Success Factors.
* **Data Auditing**: Identify and resolve discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in Success Factors.
* **Documentation**: Prepare user guides and documentation required during data entry activities.
* **Testing**: Collaborate with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing projects, including Position Management, performance cycles, recruitment modules, and other initiatives.
* **Administrative Support**: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team.
**The Successful Applicant**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
* **Japanese and English bilingual skills**: Fluency in both languages is required.
* **Knowledge of SAP systems**: Experience with PEGA, Concur, and Success Factors Employee Central is essential.
* **HR operations understanding**: Exposure to HR operations and a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
* **Global company experience**: Preferred experience working in global companies, with a strong appreciation for diverse cultures and environments.
* **Technical skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access, with a quick learning ability and adaptability to new systems.
* **Soft skills**: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines, being organized, and maintaining confidentiality.
**Education and Experience**
* **Bachelor's degree**: A degree in a related field is required.
* **1+ years of experience**: At least one year of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities is required.
* **Success Factors experience**: 1+ years of experience with Success Factors is highly preferred.
* **PEGA and Concur experience**: 1+ years of experience with PEGA and Concur is highly preferred.
