**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collecting and inputting patient data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
* Verifying products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
* Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assisting with CPAP resupply
* Providing basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients

**What's Required (Qualifications)**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
* Strong customer service background, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
* Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

* Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
* Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
* Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
* Medical terminology knowledge
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums
