**The Role**

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing large amounts of inbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
* Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness in handling different topics
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
* Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
* Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile when possible
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
* Participating in educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
* Meeting or exceeding personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
* A proven track record of over-achievement on quotas and targets
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
* Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
* An empathetic customer focus, with the ability to manage many different personality types
* The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
* A high school degree or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

* Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Proficiency in multiple languages
