**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting our energy solutions. **Responsibilities**

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Providing customers with clear and concise information about our service standards and energy solutions
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
* Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as needed
* Completing call notes and call reports, updating CRM records to ensure accurate customer information
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate customer records
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our team

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and tone
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Some experience with MS Excel a plus, but not required
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
