**Job Summary**

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and driving customer retention. You will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building
* Providing customers with clear explanations of blithequark's service standards, policies, and procedures
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing wait times
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingualism is a plus, but not required
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, but not required
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the energy or utility industry
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
* Experience with sales and customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention rates
* Certification in customer service or a related field
