**Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* **Building Strong Customer Relationships**: Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities.
* **Internal Account Coordination**: Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts, ensuring seamless communication and efficient product delivery.
* **New Business Development**: Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
* **Order Management**: Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
* **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads and ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
* **Logistics and Delivery**: Liaise with logistics as needed to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
* **Account Management**: Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* **Product Recommendations**: Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our steel products.
* **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms, providing ongoing support and consultation to clients.
* **Product Promotion**: Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers, promoting our products and services.
* **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities, ensuring you are always ahead of the curve.
* **Credit and Order Processing**: Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing, ensuring seamless transactions.
* **Negotiations and Partnerships**: Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion, driving business growth and revenue.
* **Customer Complaint Resolution**: Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and reinforce client loyalty.
* **Order Entry**: Enter orders efficiently using SAP software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as an Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* **Advanced English Proficiency**: Proficient in English (Advanced level) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
* **Experience**: 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
* **Call Center Experience**: Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.
* **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and critical thinking.
* **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
**Location and Work Environment**
This position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
