**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you'll be responsible for managing client communications, nurturing relationships, and ensuring seamless policy administration. **Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting clients with claims reporting, gathering necessary documentation, and communicating with adjusters to process claims efficiently
* Recording policy updates and changes on customer accounts, tracking them in our book of business, and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage
* Assisting with the renewal process and policy updates by providing competitive quotes and ensuring clients understand their coverage options
* Providing clear answers to clients on coverage or billing questions, including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding
* Staying up-to-date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners
* Reviewing current clients' coverage needs to determine if updates or changes are warranted
* Communicating clear responses to coverage or billing inquiries
* Processing and documenting calls, emails, and policy updates in a timely and accurate manner
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active insurance license in Minnesota or the willingness to obtain one within 30 days
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and provide clear responses to client inquiries
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred, but we'll provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset
