**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As an Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound calls for insurance filing and routing callers to the appropriate team member
* Utilizing the Beyond system to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
* Entering and updating insurance information accurately in the Beyond system
* Engaging in extensive phone usage to file claims and determine appropriate claim codes
* Assisting supervisors and team members with tasks as requested

**What is Required (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (preferred but not mandatory)
* Extensive phone skills and the ability to interact positively with customers
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
