**About the Role:**

As an Experienced IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading our AWS IT Services Support team to deliver highly-available IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing local and/or remote resources to drive strategic initiatives and develop knowledge bases that expedite the resolution of recurrent issues.
* Identifying ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement.
* Setting high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization.
* Guiding the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
* Providing technical guidance and support to team members.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations.
* 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager.
* Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience.
* Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools.
* Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
