Key Responsibilities

• Provide data entry and virtual assistant support for various IT projects and initiatives
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and upgrade of software applications and infrastructure systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test decision-support systems
• Utilize data analysis to create performance dashboards and service-level agreements with various products
• Work on a variety of projects, including business analysis, technical support, and software development
• Apply technical skills and knowledge to solve complex problems and overcome obstacles

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis/Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum GPA of 2.5 and completion of at least 2 years in a college program
• Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a business-casual work environment and act in a professional manner
• Interest in working for arenaflex after graduation, if a full-time offer is extended
• Ability to prioritize safety and security, of self and others, and maintain confidentiality of personal data

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and maintenance
• Ability to process large amounts of data and information and briefly interpret what can be learned from the data and how it can support navigation
• Desire to learn leadership methods and best practices in problem-solving and compromise to enable growth and progress on challenging projects
• Enthusiasm for working with cloud computing and technologies, such as Mobile applications, Enterprise Web applications, APIs, Reporting, Databases, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence
