**About arenaflex's Customer Systems Team**

The Customer Systems team at arenaflex is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups across arenaflex to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
* Develop and implement efficient, secure, and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies.
* Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
* Work with large datasets, design and implement data structures, and optimize database performance.
* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
* Ensure the security and integrity of our applications, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

**Essential Qualifications:**
