**Key Responsibilities**

As a Jr Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
* Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
* Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex cases to senior representatives when necessary.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions.

**Position Details**

* Requirements:

+ Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week.

**Essential Qualifications**
