**Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new technologies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Familiarity with mobile phone platforms (iOS and Android) and banking software
