What You’ll Do

Scope legal transcripts for accuracy and completeness

Apply correct legal terminology, formatting, grammar, and punctuation

Meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality

What You Need

2+ years recent verbatim legal transcription/scoping/court reporting experience

Strong knowledge of legal formats + terminology

Ability to produce 300+ pages per week

Excellent attention to detail

Must live in the United States

MAXScribe experience preferred

Technical Requirements

Intel i5 or better or AMD Ryzen 5 or above (minimum 2GHz)

250 GB hard drive or larger

12 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)

Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11

Sound card with speakers or stereo headphones

Monitor resolution 1920 x 1080 or higher

Internet speed at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload

Macintosh computers are not supported
