We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time employee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering questions from our clients. **Responsibilities**

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

* **Solicit new business**: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with new clients, build relationships, and drive business growth through telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
* **Process policy change requests**: Efficiently and accurately process policy changes, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining accurate records.
* **Secure trailing documents**: Obtain necessary documents from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* **Take premium payments**: Collect premium payments from customers, providing clear explanations and ensuring a smooth payment process.
* **Ask for referrals**: Encourage clients to refer friends and family, explaining the benefits of our referral program and fostering a culture of loyalty and advocacy.
