**Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
* Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* Respond to live chat inquiries within 2 minutes of initiation.
* Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
* Resolve 80% of customer complaints and concerns on the first interaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues within 24 hours.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

**Qualifications**

* Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
