**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Respond to live chats in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable way, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
* Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* Base salary of $500 per month.
* 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold.
* Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.
* Contract provided.
