**Live Chat Operator Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with customers via chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Developing a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance to customers.
* Efficiently managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring that each customer receives timely responses.
* Utilizing chat support software and related tools to facilitate effective customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
* Educating customers about product features, benefits, and any available promotions or upgrades.
* Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with the customer's needs and preferences.
* Providing feedback on common customer issues or suggestions for process improvement and reporting technical issues as needed.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 1 minute.
* Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 2 attempts.
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
* Average Handling Time (AHT): Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining an AHT of 5 minutes or less.

**Live Chat Operator Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed as a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
* Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
* Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy.
