**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information on various issues, including benefits and services offered by arenaflex
* Resetting Personal Identification for callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
* Gathering information, researching, and resolving inquiries, while documenting customer calls
* Reading and interpreting documents on file to provide accurate information
* Retaining a large amount of information and staying alert and responsive to customer needs
* Escalating calls professionally and communicating options for resolution in a timely manner
* Reviewing customer needs and informing them of services and resources available to them
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED
* Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
* Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
* Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
* Ability to successfully complete a background check
* Weekend and holiday availability may be required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required
* Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow
