As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through our website's live chat feature. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support
* Utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions
* Completing a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Offer product information and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
* Assist with sales and support, including processing orders, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints
* Collaborate with chat supervisors to resolve complex issues and provide additional support as needed
