When customers visit arenaflex's website seeking assistance, you will be the first point of contact, providing them with prompt and helpful support. You will have access to a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and a supervisor who is always available to provide guidance and support.

**Contract and Compensation:**

* Contract length: No fixed term
* Hourly rate: $35 per hour
* Availability: 20-40 hours per week
* Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)

**Requirements:**

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
