**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Live Chat Support Specialists to join our team and provide top-tier service to our VIP and Ultra customers. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers exclusively through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, assisting them with inquiries, sales, and more. This is a beginner-level live chat job, and full training is provided, so you don't need to have any prior experience in live chat work.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts
* Answer customer questions and provide sales links and discounts
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide swift and effective problem-solving to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
