**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize our paid media spend. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Part Time Manager, Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

* Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
* Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our paid media spend
* Developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses to support key business initiatives
* Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
* Providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role
* Proven experience working with data to drive business growth and improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**
