**A Day in the Life**

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be working in our communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO. Your day will be filled with:

* **Learning about our members**: Hearing their stories, understanding their situations, and providing personalized support and guidance.
* **Educating our members**: Teaching them about the ways we can help them achieve their financial goals and build strong futures.
* **Providing product solutions**: Recommending and processing financial products, such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and wire transfers, with courtesy and professionalism.
* **Growing with us**: Staying up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances.
* **Sharing knowledge**: Collaborating with your teammates to share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
* **Standing shoulder-to-shoulder**: Working with your teammates and members to overcome challenges and achieve success.
