**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work a night shift schedule, rotating between two shifts, and will be expected to meet and exceed performance targets. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
* Use initiative to exceed customer expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Contact Centre environment
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls/emails within a shift
* Basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
* Self-motivated and able to work from home with minimal supervision
* Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience working a night shift schedule
* Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software
* Experience with sales and upselling products to customers
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
