**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful as an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling, ensuring that our customers receive clear and concise information.
* Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude, enabling you to provide exceptional customer service and support.
