**Responsibilities**

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers through online chat software. Your primary duties will include:

* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
