**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging in online conversations with site visitors and responding to their queries in a timely and accurate manner
* Providing exceptional customer support in real-time, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate service
* Performing a variety of customer service-related tasks for the business and our clients, including handling multiple incoming requests for information

* Reporting to the Online Chat Manager and working collaboratively as part of a larger team-oriented environment
**Key Qualifications**

* PC keyboarding and internet experience, with basic technical skills (ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
