**Job Description**

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
